Rebecca E. Townsend Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rebecca E. Townsend of Edgecomb, Maine, born in Damariscotta, Maine, who passed away on August 1, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Alson B. Erskine and Helen A. Erskine (Cowley); her husband Robert E. Townsend; her brothers, Richard Erskine and Paul Erskine; her children, Jeffrey Townsend and Teresa A. Townsend; her close friend Richard Leeman of Boothbay Harbor; her grandchildren, Peter Townsend, Rachael Townsend and Colter Leeman; and her great grandchildren, Finn Leeman, Carter Townsend, Ethan Townsend and Davin Hancock. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
