He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Joy Dow; his children, Amy J. Dow, Thomas O. Dow (Kimberly) and Walter O. Dow (Kelly); his grandchildren, Landon and Aubree; his stepson Christopher M. Lewis (Jessica); his stepgrandchildren, Breanna, Abigail, Gregory S. Lewis and Isaac K. Lewis (Caitlin); his sisters, Linda White and Janet Dixon (David Dixon); his mother-in-law Winona Swearingen; his sisters-in-law, Kimberly Robbins and Constance Stanley; his pet Skipper; and also, Owen and Jonathan K. Lewis (Stephanie). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, close friends.
