He was predeceased by: his parents, James Harvey and Mary Harvey (Budway); his siblings, James, Charles and Arline 'Auntie Geaghan; his daughters, Beverly and Annie; and his daughter-in-law Elizabeth Harvey (O'Kane).
He is survived by: his wife Joanne Harvey; his sons, Stephen Harvey (Lisa Donau) of Georgetown, TX and Scott Harvey (Gail) of Gilbert, AZ; and his grandchildren, Sarah Harvey (Ryan Hodges) of Westbrook, Samuel Harvey of Denver, CO and Robert Harvey of Hobbs, NM. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
