She was predeceased by: her parents, John Baine (Buddy) and Louise Baine (Blanchard). She is survived by: her husband Mark Cook of Eastport; her children, Shelly Mulholland (Keith) of Manchester, NH, John Kilby of Eastport and Kris Kilby (Leigh) of Windham; her grandchildren, Justin, Deven Mulholland of Manchester, NH, Taylah Kilby of Harrison, Kaylah Kilby of Veazie, Ryleigh and Arya Kilby of Windham; her siblings, Cindy Baine (Ray Moore) of Eastport and Michael Baine (Sherry Camick) of Perry; her nieces and nephews, Kristi, Brandi, Melissa, Tandra and David; her friends, Judy Turner and Roberta Thompson; and her pets, Gibbs, Smokey, Abby, Sam and Zoey.

In leiu of flowers, a donation can be sent to either Sarah's House of Maine or Paws of Calais.
