She was predeceased by: her parents, Seth Avery Jr. and Dottie Avery (Hall); her son Elmer "Buddy" Stevens III; and her sister Barbara Ryder. She is survived by: her husband Elmer Stevens Jr.; her children, Tammy Dow (Stephen) of Calais, Timothy Stevens (Sharron) of Vestavia Hills, AL, Gregory Stevens (Shelen) of Weston, OH and Rhonda Stevens of Eastport; her grandchildren, Stephanie Briggs (Nathan) of West Bath, Brandon, Abigail Stevens of Detroit, Shayne Stevens of Weston, OH and Ethan Stevens of Eastport; her great grandchildren, Evan and Alex Briggs; her siblings, Betty Kierstead of Lincoln and Rev. Seth Avery (Donna) of Edmond, OK; and her brother-in-law Donald Stevens of Waterboro. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
