He was predeceased by: his mother Kathleen Zuckerman (Chaffee); and his grandparents, Dr. Gerald and Sue Zuckerman. He is survived by: his father Jonathan "Jay" Zuckerman (Donna Parlin) of Eastport; his grandfather Don Chaffee of Hatch Hollow, PA; and his sister Kimberly Danna of Buffalo, NY. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins; and numerous friends.
