He is survived by: his siblings, Carmen Small of Robbinston, Lorrie Johnson of Baileyville, Shelly Childress of Robbinston and Philip Polk (Cindy) of Princeton; his sister-in-law Patricia Polk of Tennessee; his aunt Delores McPhee (Dodie) of Baileyville; his great-aunt Agnes Drost of Presque Isle; and his siblings, Maurice Polk (Addie) of Baring and Angela Benson (Frances) of Robbinston. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
