He is survived by: his sisters, Mary Alberta Nicholas and Freida Moore; his cousins, Chief William Nicholas (Lucy), Alex Nicholas (Regina), Leslie Nicholas (Maria), Carl Nicholas (Brenda) of Indian Township, Dodie Nicholas and Carla Gillespie; his nieces and nephews, Stephanie Francis-Soctomah (Donald Soctomah), Melvin Francis Jr. (Tammy Francis), Marie Francis (Carney Brewer), Scott Francis and Steve Francis Sr.; his great-nephew Joseph Francis Stevens (Natasha Sapiel); his nieces and nephews, Stephen Francis Jr., Denahi Soctomah, Aiden Brewer, Jessie Brewer, Shannon Labbe, Michael Moore, Annie Apt Brackett, Eric Apt, Diana Gatemen, Hannah Currier, Josh Currier and Ryan Currier; his close friend Ginny Mitchell; his cousins, Debbie, Martin Nicholas, Leon Sockabasin, Dana Mitchell, John Marshall, Tom Doyle, Kevin Raye, Fred Francis Jr. and Steve; and also, Isaiah Francis Stevens and Zaila Sapiel.
