He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Ouellette and Gertrude Ouellette (Martin); and his brothers, Roger, Armand and Russell.
He is survived by: his siblings, Kenneth Ouellette (Linda) of Cyr Plantation, Donald Ouellette (Carmen) of Van Buren, James Ouellette (Dorothy) of Lewiston, Janet LaPierre (Andy) of Cyr Plantation, Linda Cormier (Dave) of Albuquerque, NM and Roland Ouellette of Van Buren; and his daughter Mika Ouellette. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
