He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Blanchard and Kathleen Blanchard (Stitham); his son Brian Blanchard; and his sister Jackie Bradley. He is survived by: his wife Dale Blanchard (Patterson) of Easton; his children, Robert Blanchard (Diane) of Thorndike and Lynn Flewelling (Brian) of Easton; his grandchildren, Joe Carbone (Jackie), Chelsea Hopkins (Matt), Brian Blanchard (Samantha), Colby Blanchard (Catherine), Jake Flewelling (Krystal), Lindsay Flewelling and Jared Flewelling (Caleigh); his great grandchildren, Olivia, Abbie, Maggie, Nick Hopkins, Sophia, Meadow Carbone, Lily Flewelling and Wesley Blanchard; and his sisters, Gaye Cronkite of Easton and Bonnie Shibles of Portland. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Duncan Funeral Home (8 Main St, Mars Hill, ME 04758). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
