She is survived by: her parents, Eugene Merry and Blanche Merry (Longley); her spouse Gordon Oatway; her brother George Merry; her daughter Martha Oatway (Robert Jordan) of Asheville, N. C.; her granddaughter Page Spiess of Randolph Center; her son Seth Oatway (Lelonie) of Braintree; and her grandchildren, Ian Oatway, Caroline Adams, Nicholas Adams and Evan Adams.
In lieu of flowers or donations, the family requests that well-wishers find a special place in their garden or the woods to remember Mary fondly and privately.
