He was predeceased by: his brothers, Reginald, Paul, Anthony and Edward; and his grandson Matthew Clemens.
He is survived by: his wife Katherine; his daughter Tanya Clemens (Jason); his grandchildren, Rebecca Stephenson (Nathan), Melissa, Michael and Kevin Clemens; his great grandchild Jessie Raye (Thomas); his son Richard (Vivian); his grandchild Rowan Holmes; his great grandchild Jennifer Holmes; his daughter Britnie Holmes (Jacob); his granddaughter Chloe Alice; his stepchildren, Alex Hayward and Mary Hayward; his brother Eric Holmes; his niece Kelsey Porter; the mother of his children Cindy Holmes; and also, Thomas J., Kaitlynn Raye, Stephen (Katy), Annelise, Joseph, Eleanor Holmes and Jill. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews, cousins.
