She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Stickley and Georigianna Stickley. She is survived by: her husband John Billings; her sisters, Suzanne Bryant (Curtis) of East Machias and Gail Gerlach of Dundalk, MD.; and her daughter Stormy.
