He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy E. Dodge and Maxine Brewer Dodge; his grandmother Charlotte "Lottie" Dodge; and his sister Gloria Knapp (Dodge). He is survived by: his wife Eleanor Dodge of East Boothbay; his daughters, Sandra Tibbetts of East Waterboro and Brenda Pinkham (Dale) of Sidney; his grandchildren, John Tibbetts (Erin McNally) of Windham, Jessica Pinkham of Norridgewock and Amy Pinkham of Sidney; and his great grandchildren, Jaxson and Emma of Norridgewock. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
