He is survived by: his parents, Franklin Hunnewell and Cynthia Hunnewell of Durham; his sons, Charles Hunnewell of Durham and Douglas Hunnewell of Durham; his siblings, Darlene Hunnewell of Durham and Curt Hunnewell (Leslie) of Colorado; his uncles, Everett Clour, Calvin Bowie, Sr., James Hunnewell and George Hunnewell; his aunt Beatrice Libby (Clifford); and also, Aida Hunnewell, Brian Sabine of Durham and Paxton Hunnewell.
