She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie Perry and Helen Perry of Hebron. She is survived by: her former husband Stanley Judd; her sons, Daniel Kosalski (Jackie) of Haddam and Stephen Kosalski (Marjorie) of Durham, Maine; her stepson Terry Judd (Tammy) of Leeds, Maine; her daughter Helen Gormady (Jim) of Westmoreland; her husband Edward Kosalski; and her great-niece Amy Robbins. She is also survived by in-laws, many nephews and nieces, 9 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
