She is survived by: her husband John "Jack" Koval; her children, Lawrence Koval of Durham, Patricia Freeman (Fred) of Durham, Joan Koval of Durham, Debbie Koval of Durham, Donna Koval of Durham and Joan Shannon of Philadelphia, PA.; her siblings, Diane, Doris and Carl; her grandchildren, Joseph Freeman, Amy Koval, Nicholas Freeman, Ashlea Koval, Thomas Freeman, Mackenzie Freeman and Gwennavere Koval; and her great grandchildren, Hannah, Maizy, Jack, Maddox, Ella, Bryleigh, Taylin, Cole, Natalea, Wyatt, Riley, Ryker and Finnegan. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
