He was predeceased by: his parents, George E. Howard and Barbara Greenleaf Howard; and his brother-in-law Malcolm Dow. He is survived by: his wife Linda Clark Howard; his daughter Kimber L. Hoyt (Richard N. Bilodeau); his grandchild Ayla Mae Hoyt of Corbin, JL.; his siblings, Georganne Howard Dow and Jeffery E. Howard (Claire); and his nieces and nephews, Roy, Timothy, Susanne, Kelly, Lainey and George.
