She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Strom and Lillian Strom (Stymiest); her husband Lenwood "Lennie" Philbrook; and her son-in-law Dennis Allen. She is survived by: her children, Raymond Philbrook (Cynthia), Darlene Nye (Gary), Lynn Osborn (Darren) and Bonnie Allen (Freddie); her grandchildren, Sierra, Andrea, Seth, Austin, Samantha, Alexandra and Michaela; her great grandchild Kairee; her siblings, Wayne Levesque (Cheri), Richard Strom (Linda), Johnny Strom, Norman Strom (Suzzane), Jeannette Bickmore, Robin Mishou (Wally), Merlene Thibodeau, Inez Strom Stock and Belinda Badger; and her close friends, Russell, Karen LaBlanc, Nancy Taylor, Kathy Ryder, Betty Thebarge and Denise Nutter. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
