She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles H. Herring and Alta Herring (Greeley); her husband James H. Salley; her siblings, Loren (Barbara Herring), Malcolm (Elizabeth Herring), Edith and Elsie Herring; and her half-sister Marjorie Harmon.
She is survived by: her children, Roderick James (Kathleen) of Dennison, TX and Judith Salley Getchell of Dover-Foxcroft; her grandchildren, Adam (Amy Salley) of Macungie, PA, Maquel (Alan Derosby) of Vassalboro and Casey Lynn Getchell (Jonathan Forget) of Corinna; her stepgrandchildren, Chris Hicks of Hot Springs, AR and Tommy Santin of McKinney, TX; her great grandchildren, Avery, Paige Salley and Sofia Derosby; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Hunter Hicks, Tyler and Makayla Santin; her cousin Neola Davis of Norridgewock; and her sisters-in-law, Harriet Moen and Lois Farr of Dover-Foxcroft. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
