He is survived by: his son Jason Howard (Jessica Daniels); his stepson Terry Perkins; his brothers, Kenneth and Doug Howard; his grandchildren, Jacob Adamczyk, Gabrielle Howard, Isabelle Howard, Natasha Perkins, Cody Perkins and Peter Morales; and his great grandchildren, Kaylee, Khloe, Patrick, Zander and Dakoda. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
