He is survived by: his significant other Cathrine L Prouty (Kathy); his daughter Tricia Costigan (Tony); his grandchildren, Dechlan Mercer, Eliza Costigan, Soren Mercer, Nicholas Costigan and Baden Mercer; his son Edgar C. "Trey" Prouty, III; his sister Joyce Sherman; his sister-in-law Susan Gray (Bruce); his nephew Shane Sherman (Barbara); his great-nephew Owen; his niece Allison Sands (Wes); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Brailey and Gavin; his brother Lord (Jodie); his cousins, Tom Prouty (Joan) and Kary LaPlante (Raquel); and his pet Caboose. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
