She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Brawn and Ivie Brawn (Decker); her brothers, Francis, Dennis and Bert Brawn; and her pets, Jade and Brandy.
She is survived by: her son Robert Chase (Michael); her grandsons, Michael, Travis, Philip, Robert and Jason Levesque (Angela); her great grandchildren, Cole and Brendon; her daughter Holly Hartley; her siblings, Fred Brawn (Nina) and Jenny Chase (Dan Cumming); her aunts, Teresa Pratt and Barbara Burrill; her daughter Tonya; and also Paula Levesque Morse. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
