She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred McKinley and Valma McKinley (Dellaway); her husband Earl Welch; her sons, Frank and Jeff; and her siblings, Alice and John.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah of Bangor and Jeffrey; her daughter-in-law Jennifer Welch; her grandson Kyle Welch (Samantha); and her great grandchildren, Mason of Dixmont, Brody of Dixmont and Grayson of Dixmont.
