With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Evelyn Ionta (Dixfield, Maine), who passed away on March 19, 2020 at the age of 81. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Evelyn Ionta to pay them a last tribute.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Frank Weld and Susie Weld (Spaulding); her children, Todd of Yarmouth, Terry (Betsy) of Falmouth and Becca Quirk (Jack) of Brewer; her grandchildren, Matt Ionta, Joe Ionta, Joe Quirk, Jill Noyes and Michael Quirk; and her siblings, Fred Weld and Hazel Saunders.
Interment will be in the Greenwood Cemetery in Dixfield. in lieu of flowers, donations to Brenda Jarvis in Dixfield for her continuing efforts to save stray and feral cats would be something near and dear to Evelyn's heart.
