He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Swan and Louise Swan; and his children, Shelley Frisella and William Charles Swan, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Timothy Swan, Glen Swan, Susan Hodge, Doris Pittman, Helene Powell and Pauline Harris.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to a local veterans' organization or support group in William's honor.
