It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vernon Reed Crane of Dexter, Maine, born in Exeter, Maine, who passed away on April 24, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George Crane and Mildred Crane (Reed); his wife Donna Jean Lyford of Dexter; his sons, Michael (Susan), James (Brenda) and Gary; his daughter-in-law Brenda (Wheeler) of Exeter; and his grandchildren, Michael A. Crane, Ryan, Andy, Allyssa, Lauren, Casey, Abbey and Jenna. He was also cherished by great-grandchildren.
