He was predeceased by: his brother Chad Melvin; and his grandparents, Carl Ricci, Edith Ricci and Shirley Alses. He is survived by: his parents, William Melvin and Marylou Melvin (Ricci); his significant other Anita Leo; his brother Jonathan Melvin; his children, Kayla Melvin, Jena Erickson, Antonio Milito, Jade Melvin and Izabella Melvin; his stepsons, Derek Mishaud and Nathan Mishaud; and his grandfather John Alses. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles & cousins.
