He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Hooker and Virginia Hackett (Sweezey); and his brothers, James Hooker and Richard Michael Hooker. He is survived by: his sister Barbara Whittemore (Danny) of South Paris; his sister-in-law Linda Hooker of Oxford; and his nieces and nephews, Lana, Kelly, Bruce, Bethany, Michael and Peter. He is also survived by numerous great-nieces and nephews.
