He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Charles Johnson and Dorothy Johnson (Sager); the mother of his children Sandra Sharon Johnson (Harmon); his wife Jean Johnson (Byron); his brother Jack; and his grandson Nathan.
He is survived by: his brother Joe Royce (Geri Johnson); his sons, Clint (Connie Johnson) and Ronnie Johnson; his grandchildren, Chad, Christian Johnson, Candice, Chris Young, Kayla Johnson, Jordan Johnson, Daniel, Gabrielle and Sammie; his great grandchildren, Colton, Cameron, Jesse, Kaylee, Kaytlin and Caleb; and also, Tom, Dawn, Liz, Hazel, Diane, Ian and Jakub. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
