He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Emerson Bartlett and Lydia Bartlett (Day); his wife Elaine Bartlett (Lisheness); his children, Pamela, Kimberly, Debra, Jeffrey and Cynthia; and his sister Barbara Kinney.

There will be a time of fellowship following and in lieu of flowers the family encourages a memorial donation to the Danforth Baptist Church.
