She was predeceased by: her parents, George W. C. and Paulina McCarter; her former husband John Ireland Collins; her brothers, Francis E. P. McCarter and Robert H. McCarter; and her nephews, Frank and Brian McCarter.
She is survived by: her friend Dr. Robert Lawrence; her husband Bill (Bill); her children, Paulina McCarter Collins and Nur John Collins (Karen); her grandsons, Sam and Alex Collins; her stepson Tom Page; her stepgrandchildren, Simon and Louisa Page; her stepchildren, George Page and Samantha Gorman (Mike); and her stepgrandchildren, Brianna, Raelle and Ty Gorman. She is also survived by her family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, if you have a buoy, a rock, or something fun or funky that you think looks like something she would have inside or outside of her cozy home, her family would love to add it to the unique charm of her house.
