She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford L. Stanley and Myrtle M. Stinson Stanley; her siblings, Norma B. Cannata, Shirley A. Stanley, Phyllis J. Hayes, Patricia A. Harper, Russell, Charles L., John A. and Lawrence W. Stanley; and her grandson Austin Mark Johnson.
She is survived by: her sons, Jake Philbrook (Tammy) of Cushing, Jessie Johnson (Frank) of Cushing and Darcy Philbrook (John) of Dexter; her grandchildren, Elijah, Kadance Johnson, Chase Philbrook and Dylan McClure; and her pet Piper. She is also survived by her cat, along with several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
