She was predeceased by: her parents, Conrad Sr. Winchenbaugh and Mary Walker Winchenbaugh; her brothers, Paul Winchenbaugh, Sr. and Joe Winchenbaugh; and her grandson Patriot Cline.

She is survived by: her husband Daniel of Cushing; her children, Edwin West, Jr. (Lisa) of Tampa, FL, LeRoy Leavitt (Kimberly), JaColby Leavitt (Alison) of Washington, Staci Bowman (Greg) of Washington, Samantha Valera (Jesse) of Honolulu, HI and Nola-Raye Cline (Ryan) of Spruce Head; her daughter-in-law Courtney Weichmann of Sweeny, TX; her siblings, Conrad Jr. (Bonnie), Dale Winchenbaugh, Kevin (Farrah), Brett (Amy), Donna Cross, Vicki Winchenbaugh (Tom Pelletier), Pam Miller, Kris Rich and Lisa Winchenbaugh-Kenney; her sisters-in-law, Linda Winchenbaugh and Judy Winchenbaugh; and her grandchildren, Joslyn West-Sing, Tyler Bowman, Elizabeth Bowman, Nicholas Bowman, Maddison Leavitt, Isaac Valera, Liberty Leavitt, Emma Leavitt, JaColby Leavitt, Jr., Savannah Leavitt, Luna and Zachary. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
