He is survived by: his children, Danielle, Melissa, Denise, Michelle, Tom Jr., John, Rob, Shawn, Keith and Tim; and his sisters, Hazel and Helen Brothers Johnny (Roger). He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews and grandchildren.
