He was predeceased by: his parents, Elaine Willard and Roger Willard. He is survived by: his brother Daniel Willard (Joy); his daughters, Heather Chase (Ben) and Briana Jarrell (Andrew); his grandchildren, Hailey, Gavin, Tommy and Brayden; and his friends, Will and Lucy Kindred.

In lieu of flowers, please make donations in honor of Steve to North Baldwin Baptist Church.
