He was predeceased by: his wife Diane (Connors). He is survived by: his children, Erik Farnsworth of Melrose, Massachusetts and Shawna Farnsworth (Jon Fredriksen); his siblings, Susan Farnsworth of Peabody, Massachusetts, Pamela Dagley (Steven Dagley), David Farnsworth of Haverhill, Massachusetts and Lisa Osgood (James Osgood); and his grandchildren, Isabella Farnsworth of Melrose, Massachusetts. and Luke Farnsworth of Melrose, Massachusetts.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
