He was predeceased by: his parents, Morton Perseille and Allison Perseille (Heffren); and his brother Kerry. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Phillips-Perseille (Neal); his daughter Tina Smith (Evan); his grandson Teddy; his children, Amber Phillips and Nick Phillips; and his siblings, Sharon, Dennis, Tom, Eric, Dave, Stephen, Brian and Mike. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
