He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Foley and Marjorie Foley (Shaw); and his sisters, Diane Greenlaw (Foley), Carol Bowden Pauline (Foley) and Gail Bowden (Foley).
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Foley; his grandchildren, Sean-Patrick Lizotte, Lucas Lizotte and Olivia Lizotte of Madawaska; his siblings, Linda Foley of Portland, Patty Carrigan (Ed Carrigan) of Windham, Peter Foley Jr. and John Foley Sr. of Portland; and his cousins, Sammie and Lizzie.
