She is survived by: her parents, John Matthews and Ann Matthews (Mazza) of Brunswick; her children, Patrick Hurley (Taylor Everett) of Brunswick, Samantha Hurley of Brunswick and Analise Abreu (Mark Abreu) of Bath; her significant other Peter Cusolito of Cherry Valley, Massachusetts; and her brothers, Brian Matthews (Irma) of Hudson and Jay Matthews (Shelley) of Bridgton, Maine. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Jackie's name to the Dean Snell Cancer Foundation.
