He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Day and Iva Day; his brother Elwood Day; and his daughter Susan Hilton. He is survived by: his significant other Ellen Murphy; his sister Theresa Sturgeon; his children, Ellen Faulkner (Stephen), Karen James (Dennis) and James Day (Lori); and his grandchildren, Jennifer, Justin, Rachael, Stephen, Evan and Audrey. He is also survived by his 14 great grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Riverside Cemetery.
