He is survived by: his siblings, Charles Mills of South Portland and Mary Mills Mahoney of Cape Elizabeth; his children, Donald Mills Jr. (Karen) of Saco, James Mills of Westbrook, Jeffrey Mills (Kim) of New Gloucester and Karen Mills of Lady Lake, Florida; and his stepson Scott McConihe (Caroline). He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.
