He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Black; his children, Christina, David (Teresa) and Travis; his grandchildren, Keith, Jessica and Brittany; and his siblings, Janet, Mike, Patty, John, Judy, Gloria, Cathy, Lorraine and Blanche.
