He was predeceased by: his wife Lianne Foley (Champion). He is survived by: his children, Janelle (Sam Stone), Lisa (Jim Siegel) and Matthew (Carrie Foley); and his grandchildren, Jeremy, Bethany, Nathan, Ben Stone, Hannah, Brandon Siegel, Aidan and Kylie Foley. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Charles's name to the Calvary Bible Church, 348 South Hiram Road, Hiram, Maine 04041.
