It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Ersing (Cornish, Maine), who passed away on April 8, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Carol departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Carol may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Carol leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Denny Richter and Elsa Richter (Larson). She is survived by: her granddaughter Diana Kelly (Ray Kelly) of York, ME; her great grandchildren, Ryan and Sean; her grandson Paul Ersing (Laurie Ersing) of Ogunquit, ME; her great grandchild Paul; her granddaughter Carol; and her siblings, Doris Cole, Gail Fei and Ron Richter. She is also survived by her two children, their spouses.
