He was predeceased by: his parents, Hollis Seamans and Margaret Seamans (Fogg); his siblings, Robert, Shirley, Darrel, Trueman, Phyllis Godreau and Faye Parker; his nephew Michael Seamans; and his brother-in-law Archie Parker.
He is survived by: his wife Joanne Seamans; his children, Debbie Bell (Wayne) of Canada, Lynne Merrill (Rob) of Garland, Brigitte Miner (Ryan) of Canton, CT and Brett Seamans (Andrea) of New York; his brothers, Richard (Morita) of Dexter and David (Sue) of Vermont; his stepson Stephen Eldridge; his sisters-in-law, Frances Seamans and Carol Seamans; and his pet Fyrn. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren.
