He was predeceased by: his parents, Colon "Deke" Church and Donna Grindle (Bradstreet); his former wife Kelly Church; his brother Michael Church; and his close friends, Todd Alley and Dana Crowley.
He is survived by: his wife Andrea; his daughters, Brittney Moores (Nathan) and Jasmine Church (Hunter Levendusky); his pets, Ranger and Charlie; his siblings, Philip (Cooki Church), Tina and Kimberly Hammond; his uncle Jeffery (Sherri Bradstreet); his in-laws, Ken, Judy Perry, Michael and Debra Murphy; and his close friends, Dean Crowley, Marcus Norton, Nicholas Bridges, Donnie Hanscom, Billy Mallar and Brett McGuire.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Lee Pellon Center (90 Main St, Machias, ME 04654).
