He was predeceased by: his parents, Alan Bither and Lois Bither (Stewart). He is survived by: his cousins, Kathy Ware (Carl Clarke) and Kimberly; and his children, Cody, Emily McKenna, Dan, Sue Dow, Chelsea, Austin Davis, Connor and Owen Davis.
