He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Stewart Sr. and Leatrice Stewart (Moore); his in-laws, Victor and Beverly Buck; and his brothers, Andy Stewart and Harvy Stewart Jr..

He is survived by: his wife Sherry Stewart (Wiggy); his daughters, Laurie Austin (Ernie Forrest) and Vicki Fisher; his son-in-law Jamey Fisher; his granddaughter Jessica Richards; his great grandchild Graciana Beverlee; his grandson Christopher Richards (Nicole); his great grandchildren, Anna, Wyatt and Beckett; his grandchildren, Evan Fisher (Kali) and Abbi Fisher; his siblings, Sheila Giles of Madison, Wanda Pelotte (Raymond) of Oakland, Ona Stewart of Massachusetts, Percy Stewart of Fairfield and William Stewart of Waterville; and his friends, Eddie and June Ames.
