With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jon H. Whitten Sr. of Clinton, Maine, who passed away on November 10, 2022 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Estella Leavitt Whitten; and his parents, Howard Whitten and Dorothy McNally Whitten. He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Morrell (Kenneth, Sr.) of Standish, Julia Frost (Daniel) of Windham and Jon H. Whitten, Jr. (Chelsea Swandal) of Scarborough; his grandchildren, Kenneth II, Ryan, Amanda, Katelyn, Nicole Morrell, Jacob, Rachel Frost, Atticus, Alden, Jack and Gretta Whitten; his great grandchildren, Kolby, Kacee Morrell, Brantley Clark, Everley and Miley Bettencourt; his sister Prudence; his brother-in-law Christian Nielsen; and his nieces, Kristin Mollison and Sherry Decker.
